This summer, my workroom got a complete makeover, and I’m so super happy with it. I have cleared out an enormous amount of fabric and I’m donating it all to local schools. It was so satisfying, and my space feels so much lighter for it.

I wanted to create a cosy, calming atmosphere, so I choose @farrowandball Mouse’s Back and colour-drenched the entire room. This technique has transformed the space into a serene haven. I also revamped my storage, and with my new table, the whole room just feels so inviting and such a tranquil environment to work in.

After 10 years I decided it was time for an upgrade, so I designed my own cutting table. I had it made by a talented local carpenter, and it’s truly life-changing. When you use something every day, you know exactly what will make your life easier. The table on wheels is a game changer, and the extendable flap is perfect for those long curtains.
