Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge its receipt. Furthermore, as soon as your item is shipped, we’ll promptly notify you with another email to inform you of its journey to your doorstep.

 

In our commitment to sustainability and minimising waste, many of our items are crafted on demand. Currently, our production lead time for made-to-order products is estimated at 6 weeks. For specific lead times, please consult the product page. For products readily available to ship, we strive to dispatch them within 3 working days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience as we create and deliver your unique, quality items.

 

Your provided delivery address will serve as the destination for your order. Please ensure its accuracy, as we cannot assume responsibility for any inaccuracies. At checkout, we request a phone number, which we may share with the courier in case they encounter difficulties locating your address and need to get in touch with you. If you wish to make additions to your order and it has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us via email. We’re here to assist you.

 

We really hope you love your purchase from us, however you have a 14-day window to request a complete refund or an exchange. To initiate this process, please send an email to info@louisecowaninteriors.co.uk, including your full name and order number.

 

It’s important to note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Until received by Louise Cowan Interiors, all items are the responsibility of the customer. When returning items, we strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition and packaging in which it was originally delivered to you. Louise Cowan Interiors will process the refund within 14 working days.

Two bay windows in this double fronted home needed dressing, and the best solution was going to be Roman blinds rather than curtains. Using the same fabric for both was an easy decision, it worked beautifully.

We chose a boucle-style fabric from @prestigioustextiles to introduce texture in a calm, neutral palette. It sits gently within the rooms, adding warmth and cosiness without ever dominating the space….

So I add small, perfectly matched fabric flaps to disguise it following the pattern seamlessly around the blind. It’s those thoughtful little details that make all the difference…..
